THERE ARE TIMES WHEN WE ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE, AND WE WILL NOT GO ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE TO TRACK DOWN YOUR DOCUMENTS. Please use the United States Postal Service. If you would like delivery confirmation, tell them you want delivery confirmation added to the service. DO NOT SEND REGISTERED OR CERTIFIED MAIL because we have to sign for this. Again, we might not be in the office at the time the mail carrier delivers the mail, and we cannot run to the post office to get the parcel.
As soon as we receive your documents, we will send you an email notification that we received the package. Please keep checking your email because we will send out emails if there are missing documents or if more information is required.
